So, there's this guy, he's a regular customer at the store I work at. He's...I dunno, probably in his late 30's or early 40's? I'm not good at guessing age. I don't really know anything about him except that his name's Alfredo, and he works at the Atlantis Burger across the street, so he comes into the store all the time on break and after work, usually to buy beer. He thinks it's funny to chatter at me in Spanish and act surprised when I don't understand him, then laugh and talk in English. He's friendly, and he's always just teasing, so whatever.

Andrew(the guy at work I like) does speak Spanish, so last night when Alfredo came in, he started chattering at Andrew in Spanish, and they had a conversation that I couldn't understand, but I heard my name a couple times. Later, after we were done closing up the store, I asked him what they were talking about, and apparently Alfredo was saying he wants an American wife, and he thinks I'm pretty. I'm....flattered? but uhhh, yeah, awkward.

There is a WHOLE LOAD of Brendon/Spencer fic being written lately. Ryan/Jon is also being written more than it used to be, both for obvious reasons. Ryan/Brendon has always been the most popular, and while it's not dominating bandom at the moment, there's still a fair bit of fic being written with them, especially with the rydenrevival. Jon/Spencer is still getting attention, and so is Ryan/Spencer. It's not a lot, I admit, but it's there. So, I have an assignment for class. We've moved on from HTML and are now doing audio. The assignment is to make a mix of audio clips. Essentially, the requirements are:

1. Be a mix of at least three clips.
2. Be no less than 1 minute and no longer than 3 minutes.
3. Include a clip that is voice only; you can choose the content (music, sound effects, etc.) of the other two clips. You may record your own voice clip or download a voice clip.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? Know of a voice-only audio clip that you think would be funny for me to add sound effects to? I am seriously drawing a blank for ideas ;__;

Okay, so this weekend, I decided to splurge: I went on iTunes and downloaded all of the episoded of Glee so far. Which means I finally got caught up on all the episodes I missed(I saw the pilot, but then missed everything else up to Vitamin D, and I didn't see Mash Up till Saturday), and OH MY GOD CAN I JUST SAY HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS SHOW? jfc.

I just found out my dad got released from prison on Wednesday.

for the record, he didn't murder anyone or anything like that, he was in for drug charges(mostly pot, I think), multiple DUIs, and driving with a suspended license.he was only incarcerated for a few months, but still.ughhhhh >.<

So, I have the flu. They're treating it as if I have swine flu as a precaution, just until they get the results back and find out what strain I DO have. With any luck, I'll get to go home today, but I'm not going to be able to go to school this week, so I'll miss midterms. >_<

So my asthma got bad enough today that my mom brought me to the hospital. I don't have pneumonia like we thought, but they've tested for flu (doubt it's the flu though), and they're keeping me overnight for observation and to get my breathing under control. I hate my lungs. :(

So I met TAI last night, and I just want to say that Carden is a hotass, okay, and also SO CHATTY AND HAPPY OMG. I LOVE HIM. Idk why i never noticed before (probably bc he looks bitchy in every picture i've seen of him) but yes. He is such a SWEETHEART.
